1. About these terms
Achievers Test Series (“Achievers”, “we”, “us”) is based at Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru – 560079, Karnataka. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, form an agreement between you and us when you use our website, apps or services. If you do not agree, please do not use Achievers.
2. Who can use Achievers
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and supervise your use. Purchases by students under 18 must be made with a parent's permission.
- Institutes that add students are responsible for having the right to share their details with us.
3. Your account
- Give correct details and keep them up to date.
- An account is for one person only. Do not share your login or purchased access. Shared accounts may be suspended without refund.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
4. What we provide
Achievers offers online mock tests and practice tests, solutions and explanations, performance analysis, ranks, an AI-assisted study coach, revision tools, live championships, eBooks and related features. Some are free; others are paid test series or entries. What each paid product includes (number of tests, validity, features) is shown on its page before you buy.
5. Prices, payments & access
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Delivery: access is digital and starts immediately after a successful payment. Your purchase appears in My Tests and on the test series page. A receipt is shown and available under your orders.
- Access lasts for the validity period shown on the product (for example, 1 year from purchase). After it ends, you may not be able to take or review those tests.
- Because you can try free tests before buying, purchases are non-refundable except in the cases listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Coupons & referral rewards
- Coupons and offers have their own conditions (such as validity dates, minimum order and number of uses) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Referral rewards are credited only for genuine new students who make a qualifying purchase. Self-referrals, fake accounts or misuse will cancel rewards and may close accounts.
- We may change or end any offer or reward programme at any time, without affecting rewards already confirmed.
7. Live championships
- Register before registration closes. Paid entries go through Razorpay and are non-refundable, except as set out in the Refund Policy (for example, if we cancel the championship).
- You can start the test any time while the championship window is open and you get the full test time from when you start. You cannot start after the window closes.
- Each registered student gets one attempt. Results and ranks are published after the window closes. Ties are ordered by score, then by time taken.
- Seats may be limited. We may reschedule or cancel a championship for technical or other reasons; if we cancel a paid one, we refund the entry fee.
- Unfair means (sharing questions during the window, using multiple accounts, getting outside help) lead to disqualification.
8. Fair use & test integrity
You must not:
- copy, screenshot, record, download, print, share or publish our questions, solutions or other content;
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools on our services;
- create multiple accounts to change ranks, rewards or results, or impersonate anyone;
- try to break into, overload or interfere with our systems;
- post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
To protect test content, our test pages may block copying and record integrity events (such as screenshot or print attempts) linked to your account. Breaking these rules may lead to warnings, removal from rankings, or suspension without refund.
9. Our content
All questions, solutions, explanations, analysis, eBooks, designs, logos and software on Achievers belong to Achievers Test Series or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation during the validity period. It does not transfer ownership.
10. Your reviews & reports
When you submit a review, story or question report, you allow us to use, edit for length or clarity, and display it on our website and materials, as described when you submit it. You can ask us to remove your review at any time. Please submit only true statements and results you actually achieved.
11. Exam information & results
- Achievers is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with the National Testing Agency, Karnataka Examinations Authority or any other exam body. Exam patterns, dates, fees and rules in our tests and blog can change; always confirm them on the official websites.
- We work hard to make questions and solutions correct, and our teachers review AI-assisted solution notes before they are shown. Mistakes can still happen. Please report any error using the report option and we will fix it.
- Ranks, percentiles and predictions are based on students who take tests on Achievers and are only indicators. We do not guarantee any score, rank, admission or selection.
12. Availability & changes
We aim to keep Achievers available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop a paid product during its validity, we will offer a fair alternative or a pro-rated refund.
13. Limits of our responsibility
Achievers is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of opportunity or data), or for problems caused by your device, internet connection or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
14. Suspending or closing accounts
You can stop using Achievers and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where possible we will tell you why.
15. Law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page with its effective date applies, and we will tell you about important changes.
