Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases on Achievers Test Series: paid test series, subject packs, championship entries and other digital products.

1. Try before you buy

Achievers offers free tests and free test series so you can try the real test screen, solutions, ranks and coach analysis before paying. Each paid product's page clearly shows what it includes (number of tests, questions, validity and features).

2. Our refund policy

Because our products are digital and you can try them free before buying, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been given. This includes cases where you change your mind, do not use the tests, or your exam plans change.

3. When we do refund

We give a full refund in these cases:

• Double payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Paid but no access: money was debited but the purchase did not appear in your account, and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.
• Our technical fault: a problem on our side stops you from using what you bought, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• Cancelled championship: we cancel a paid championship and do not offer a new date that suits you.
• Product withdrawn: we stop a paid product during its validity (a pro-rated refund or a fair alternative).

Failed payments: if money is deducted but the payment shows as failed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment app within 5–7 working days. If it is not, write to us with the details and we will help.

4. How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@achieverstestseries.com within 7 days of the payment, from your registered email.
2. Include your registered email or mobile, the order receipt number (it starts with “ATS-”, shown in your orders) and what went wrong (screenshots help).
3. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may vary).

5. Cancellation

You can stop using a product at any time, but cancelling does not lead to a refund for the remaining validity, except as listed above. Championship registrations cannot be cancelled after payment; free registrations can be skipped without any charge.

6. Delivery of your purchase

All our products are delivered online. Access starts immediately after a successful payment: the tests appear in My Tests and on the product page, and a receipt is shown. Nothing is shipped physically. If access does not appear within 30 minutes, contact us.
